Hi! My name is Alicia. I’m a daughter, a niece, a sister, a friend, a photographer, an artist, and a teacher.  I am also a person with a disability- I was born with Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy which effects my whole right side.

Over the 30 years I have been living with this disability, I have learned how to adapt and live with the use of only one hand. After a lot of trial and error, I have found products that are not necessarily advertised as being for one handers, but have really made a difference for me in everyday life

 

I know I'm not the only one in the world that is experiencing challenges similar to me. My goal for this website is to share experiences, tips, and products that make living independently possible for people with the use of only one hand. Whether you are a parent searching for tips, or someone experiencing these challenges, this is the site for you!
